1.When you log into CCbill click on Tools.
You will see a list of programs you signed up for.
Click on "Get Banners" next to ebonydollar
and you will get your link code for that program.
Your code should look something likethis:
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=923191-0000&PA=CCBILLID
replace the CCBILLID with your id !
